About the Internship
This internship at Buzdealz Ventures Private Limited offers hands-on experience in the human resources domain with a focus on recruitment and team management. The intern will support various stages of the hiring process, from creating job descriptions to onboarding new employees, while also contributing to campus placements and recruitment events. This role demands coordination with candidates, managing interview schedules, and maintaining recruitment records, alongside leading team activities to meet organizational staffing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and revise job descriptions in line with hiring objectives and company needs.
- Facilitate onboarding by managing documentation, communications, and orientation for newcomers.
- Source candidates through diverse channels including online job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist eligible candidates against job criteria.
- Arrange interview appointments and ensure effective communication between interviewers and candidates.
- Keep and update comprehensive candidate databases and generate recruitment performance reports.
- Support planning and execution of campus recruitment events and career fairs.
- Oversee assigned teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide leadership and guidance aimed at fulfilling recruitment targets.

Compensation and Benefits
- The stipend is structured with a fixed monthly payment of ₹5,000 plus performance-based incentives ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
