This internship position seeks an enthusiastic Electrical Career Consultant to assist electrical engineering students and recent graduates in exploring career prospects, acquiring relevant skills, and engaging with specialized training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide career counseling tailored to electrical engineering students' aspirations and goals.
Analyze individual career objectives to suggest appropriate learning pathways.
Offer clear explanations about training initiatives and professional opportunities.
Conduct timely follow-ups with candidates showing interest.
Maintain detailed candidate databases and update CRM systems accurately.
Collaborate effectively with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Eligibility and Requirements

Applicants must be available for a full-time in-office internship.
Internship start date must fall between August 1st and September 5th, 2026.
The internship duration is fixed at three months.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-1 year experience are encouraged to apply.
Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Demonstrate knowledge in electrical engineering concepts and domains.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess fundamental computer skills.
Display a positive mindset and eagerness to learn.

Compensation & Benefits

A monthly stipend ranging from 15,000 to 16,000 INR.
Upon successful transition to full-time employment, potential annual salary between 430,000 and 480,000 INR.
Access to a certificate upon internship completion.
Letter of recommendation provided based on performance.
Possibility of job offer post-internship.
