About the Internship

This internship offers an opportunity to develop expertise in managing e-commerce business functions, focusing especially on affiliate marketing. Interns will be responsible for assisting with the strategic planning and implementation of affiliate marketing campaigns aimed at increasing customer acquisition and boosting sales results.

Day-to-day, interns will engage in identifying and liaising with affiliate partners and influencers to maintain strong mutually beneficial relationships. Regular analysis and monitoring of campaign performance will be essential, along with preparing detailed reports to track progress.

Leadership qualities are valued, as interns are expected to take ownership of their tasks and work cohesively within the team. They will contribute proactively towards achieving marketing objectives through effective communication and coordination.

Maintaining professionalism, honesty, and integrity in all business interactions and responsibilities is vital throughout the internship. Additionally, interns are encouraged to research emerging affiliate opportunities, stay updated on industry trends, and observe competitor activities to refine strategies.

Other marketing and business development activities may be assigned as needed to support the overall growth initiatives of the company.

Additional Details

• Internship period: 6 months
• Working schedule includes flexible hours and a 5-day workweek.
• Monthly stipend ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹65,000, comprising a fixed pay of ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 and performance-based incentives between ₹10,000 and ₹25,000.
