About the Internship

This internship involves working with a healthcare plan provider specializing in dental and dermatological treatment coverage through partial reimbursement, with access to top doctors online. The role focuses on engaging healthcare practitioners and driving sales and brand communication efforts within the Thane and Mumbai regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with healthcare professionals via cold calls to present company offerings and programs.
• Arrange and conduct follow-up meetings through Google Meet to nurture relationships and progress discussions.
• Deliver tailored presentations to doctors, customizing pitches to meet individual requirements and ensure effective onboarding.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, striving to achieve or surpass set targets.
• Research and communicate with doctors to understand their needs and interests.
• Implement email marketing campaigns and craft communication scripts that uphold consistent and professional brand messaging.
• Keep comprehensive records and regularly update tracking sheets to oversee communications and client data.
• Lead and assist a team of brand communicators, monitor their performance, and report outcomes to the brand communications team.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee alignment and smooth execution of sales and business development initiatives.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions, reflecting company values and tone consistently.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Internship start date should be between July 31, 2026, and September 4, 2026.
• Commitment to a 3-month internship duration is required.
• Candidates should be based in Thane or Mumbai.
• Relevant skills and interest in sales and communication are necessary.
