AI Content & Growth Intern - Digital Marketing

About the Internship

This role involves driving content strategy and execution across multiple digital platforms with a current emphasis on Instagram. You'll be responsible for designing content themes, scheduling calendars, developing compelling hooks, crafting messaging, and identifying target audiences. Using AI-powered tools such as Google's video generation and ElevenLabs for voiceovers, you will transform approved scripts into engaging Reels and posts. More than just executing plans, you will be expected to proactively evaluate and improve scripts and concepts, ensuring they resonate with the audience.

You will also curate a growing repository of insights tracking effective content formats, hooks, and engagement metrics to continually refine upcoming content cycles.

Who Can Apply

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Jaipur.
• Internship start date should fall between July 30 and September 3, 2026.
• Commitment to the full three-month internship duration is required.
• Candidates with relevant skills and genuine interest in the role are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to INR 7,000.
• Certificate of completion and letter of recommendation upon successful internship completion.
• Work schedule consists of 5 days per week.
