About the Role
We seek a skilled professional specializing in Oracle EPM Strategic Workforce Planning to develop and execute workforce planning solutions that align talent, skill sets, and related costs with the organization's long-term strategies. This position melds expertise in workforce analytics, human resources strategy, and Oracle EPM Cloud platform capabilities to foster informed, data-driven planning and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic workforce planning efforts encompassing demand and supply forecasting, gap identification, and the creation of scenario-based models.
- Design and deploy Workforce Planning solutions utilizing Oracle EPM and EPBCS platforms.
- Develop comprehensive workforce models considering headcount, full-time equivalents (FTEs), skill inventories, compensation, and cost structures.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and business unit leaders to convert strategic goals into actionable workforce plans.
- Support initiatives focused on workforce optimization, organizational transformation, and budget preparation.
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards that aid executive-level decision-making.
Required Experience and Expertise
- Proven background in Strategic Workforce Planning or Workforce Analytics.
- Practical experience working with Oracle EPM Cloud or EPBCS Workforce Planning modules.
- Solid knowledge of workforce cost management, skill planning, and scenario analysis techniques.
- Experience in consulting roles or large enterprise implementation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Oracle EPM or EPBCS platforms.
- Experience serving public sector clients or large enterprise organizations.
- Exposure to human resources or finance transformation initiatives.
