Role Overview

The Workflow and Process Coordinator (WCM) position is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing workflows and processes related to prefabricated building projects to guarantee efficient execution and on-time completion. The coordinator will examine operational data, pinpoint ways to enhance processes, assist production teams, and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. Collaboration with design, manufacturing, and logistics teams is essential to optimize activities, enhance resource allocation, and minimize waste. Additional duties include creating reports, managing documentation, and supporting ongoing improvement efforts throughout the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in managing workflows and processes, including operational analysis and improvement recommendations.
• Experience within manufacturing or construction sectors, ideally related to prefabricated or modular building projects.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with design, production, and supply chain teams.
• Competence in productivity and planning software such as spreadsheets and project management tools, along with report generation capabilities.
• Thorough knowledge of quality, safety, and regulatory standards pertinent to construction and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent organizational aptitude, problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective time management.
• Proficient communication skills in English, with Arabic language knowledge considered beneficial.
• Relevant diploma or degree in engineering disciplines, construction management, industrial engineering, or related areas.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Dubai, adapt to dynamic work conditions, and drive continuous improvements.
