Role Overview
Tata Consultancy Services, a global leader in IT services and business solutions, is seeking a Workday HCM Technical Specialist with a strong background in integration development and application configuration within Workday HCM. The role is based in Pune, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure Workday HCM applications, focusing primarily on integration development and enhancements to meet business needs.
- Engage in requirement gathering, construction, and thorough testing of Workday integrations for extensive enterprise clients.
- Maintain strong credibility by understanding core business operations and ensuring HR systems align with organizational priorities.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 4 years of experience working with Workday HCM development and application configuration.
- Proficiency with XML, XSLT, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connector, Calculated and Conditional Business Rules (CCB), PICOF, Studio tools, and web services.
- Solid functional understanding of Core HCM concepts within Workday.

- Experience range expected: 4 to 15 years.
- The position is full-time and requires working onsite in Pune.
