CSIG aims to digitally transform sectors such as retail, healthcare, education, and transportation by fostering innovative solutions that connect businesses and users in a smarter ecosystem.
Position Overview
This role involves spearheading the operational strategy for an AI Agent product targeting Southeast Asia. The specialist will be responsible for orchestrating market prioritization, user segmentation, growth channels, localization approaches, and establishing consistent operational rhythms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the operations strategy for the AI Agent product throughout Southeast Asia, focusing on market prioritization and growth tactics.
- Recruit initial users in targeted regions and manage tailored operations across multiple channels such as content, communities, and influencer engagements, identifying the most effective growth strategies per market.
- Conduct user research and gather market insights to deeply understand how Southeast Asian knowledge workers and business users utilize AI tools, crafting localized use cases and templates while closing the feedback loop with product teams.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Over five years of experience in user, content, community, or growth operations, preferably with hands-on exposure to Southeast Asian markets.
- Proven ability to independently plan and execute campaigns involving content, community activities, and influencer/KOL collaborations.
- Comfortable with AI technologies, productivity software, SaaS platforms, or cross-border e-commerce products, possessing a thorough grasp of user workflows.
- Strong aptitude for user insights and data analysis to optimize operations focusing on activation and retention metrics.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is critical due to frequent collaboration with the company’s China headquarters in meetings and documentation, comprising half of the role’s communication.

- Experience in driving early-stage user operations and initiating growth in new markets or countries.
