About the Role
Our psychological health team comprises experts who specialize in creating, implementing, and assessing health and wellbeing strategies tailored for Trust & Safety teams at Concentrix. These programs aim to promote positive mental and physical health, cultivating a supportive culture and conducive work environment throughout the organization.
The Onsite Wellbeing Associate will deliver mental health and wellbeing services to employees handling content moderation tasks on location. Qualified as a counsellor or psychotherapist, the role involves conducting sessions using short-term therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapies (MBT).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one onsite counselling to address diverse psychological health challenges utilizing CBT, ACT, and MBT interventions.
- Conduct individual coaching sessions and develop personalized resilience plans to support employee wellbeing.
- Facilitate group and peer support sessions aimed at strengthening resilience, cultivating healthy coping mechanisms, and enhancing positive work relationships.
- Organize creative therapy sessions such as music therapy and mindfulness activities onsite.
- Assess trauma cases related to exposure to graphic content and adhere to escalation procedures.
- Timely identify and manage risks related to harm to self or others.
- Maintain confidential case files and reports in compliance with privacy standards.
- Administer psychometric evaluations to employees in the region and analyze collected data for trends requiring further intervention.
- Manage administrative tasks including session documentation and prompt communication with employees seeking support.
- Collaborate regularly with clinical leaders to discuss observations, risks, and improvements.
- Participate in monthly peer support meetings alongside the Clinical Manager and regional team.
- Maintain adherence to professional and ethical codes established by relevant regulatory bodies.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree in clinical psychology, counselling psychology, or psychotherapy.
- Valid unrestricted license to practice in the country of employment.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the wellbeing or psychotherapy sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in cross-cultural counselling with sensitivity to diverse client backgrounds.
- Ability to establish trust and rapport with employees and management.
- Experience designing and delivering mental health and wellbeing training, workshops, or webinars.
- Strong data management capabilities ensuring secure handling of sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle competing priorities efficiently.
- Upholding professional ethics and standards in a corporate setting.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic is essential; English proficiency at B1 level is advantageous.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to Trust and Safety environments or content moderation work.
Minimum education
Master's Degree
