Role Overview

This hands-on Warehouse Supervisor position involves overseeing a compact warehouse that manages a large variety of SKUs. You will lead a small, dedicated team and handle general warehouse duties such as inventory control, order processing, and liaising closely with transport and third-party logistics providers. Time allocation for this role is approximately 60% floor-level supervision and 40% administrative work.

You will have the opportunity to drive continuous improvement efforts and play a vital role in refining warehouse systems and workflows. Responsibilities include ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly and remains orderly while distributing products nationwide to both retailers and direct customers. The role operates 40 hours weekly from Monday to Friday, allowing for work-life balance.
