About the Role

Nestlé Ghana Limited is seeking a Warehouse Officer responsible for ensuring that all assigned warehouse functions are performed efficiently and that products are delivered timely.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations by all employees and third-party vendors in the warehouse.
  • Manage timely loading and unloading of trucks to sustain operational efficiency and prevent delays.
  • Guarantee the complete and punctual delivery of customer orders.
  • Conduct regular cyclical stock inventories to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene within the warehouse and surrounding areas in compliance with quality guidelines.
  • Execute shift handovers thoroughly with precise documentation to enable effective traceability.
  • Implement and enforce the First Expired-First Out (FEFO) inventory control method.
  • Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing inbound, warehousing, and outbound processes.
  • Supervise third-party workforce activities to ensure compliance with company standards and help meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a comparable warehouse or logistics-related role.
