Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Coordinator for our Gunnedah Open Cut operations. This position offers job security, a positive work environment, and career longevity while collaborating closely with mine personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately complete documentation for all incoming and outgoing goods and supplies.
- Perform regular inventory audits including consignment stock management to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Collaborate with site teams to ensure timely provision of goods and services necessary for maintenance and operations.
- Source goods and services optimally, focusing on total cost and availability to meet business requirements.
- Keep the list of critical parts/components current and maintain their stock levels at optimal points.
- Supervise and manage store staff at the Gunnedah Open Cut sites.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant qualifications such as Warehouse Management, Procurement, Commerce, Engineering, or similar experience in Plant Clerical roles or Mechanical Trade.
- Background in coal mining or similar industries performing stores, warehousing, or administrative duties.
- Valid Forklift License is required.
- Proficiency with warehouse or stock control software applications.
