Job Overview

Join the warehouse team responsible for preparing customer orders by selecting, packing, and shipping items, sometimes supporting rapid delivery in two hours or less. You will work at facilities including Fulfillment Centers and Delivery Stations.

Key Duties

• Prepare and pack customer orders accurately.
• Receive incoming inventory and organize storage.
• Load shipments onto delivery trucks.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Maintain product quality standards throughout the process.
• Utilize technology like smartphones and handheld scanners to sort and prepare orders.
• Operate powered industrial trucks (like forklifts or pallet jacks) and work up to heights of 13 meters, with training and certification provided at no cost.
• Physically handle tasks such as lifting up to 15 kilograms, moving carts, and navigating stairs.
• Follow strict safety, quality, and productivity guidelines and workflows.

Additional Information

• Work schedules include full-time (+30 hours/week) and part-time (12+ hours/week) fixed shifts from Monday to Saturday, with two Saturdays per month on duty.
• Location primarily at BRE2 Großenkneten, with other offices at Oldenburg and Cloppenburg.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting hourly wage of €15.80 gross for day shifts, increasing to €16.75 from September 1st.
