Warehouse Assistant

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Assistant at Shine Precision Engineering, you will be responsible for handling various warehousing functions essential for smooth operations. This includes receiving materials, preparing production kits, shipping finished goods, and maintaining inventory precision while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key Duties

• Conduct receiving inspections, count quantities, label, and properly store materials and parts.
• Assemble and prepare material kits for the production floor.
• Efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch finished products to meet on-time and complete delivery schedules.
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks for loading and unloading transport vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory receipts, storage locations, and issuance.
• Perform inventory stock takes and ensure stock accuracy.
• Adhere to 5S principles and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations within the warehouse.
• Follow established quality protocols and procedures.
• Take on additional duties as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of experience in logistics or warehousing roles.
• Must hold a valid Singapore Forklift license.
• Proficient in operating forklifts and reach trucks.
• Minimum secondary school education completed.
• Demonstrates a positive work attitude and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work overtime and during weekends if necessary.
