Role Overview

We invite a committed Waitress to join our Rose Veranda team, delivering exceptional food and beverage service in line with our values and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive service to guests ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Accurately record and promptly serve food and beverage orders.
• Follow established service protocols for food and beverage presentation.
• Efficiently set up and clear tables, maintaining proper mise-en-place.
• Keep service and dining areas clean and hygienic at all times.
• Address guest requests professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with team members and kitchen staff to maintain service flow.
• Consistently comply with hygiene, safety, and grooming guidelines.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in restaurant or hotel food and beverage service is preferred.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service principles.
• Familiarity with hygiene and safety procedures pertinent to hospitality.
• A friendly personality paired with a strong customer-service orientation.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good physical condition to handle the demands of a fast-paced work setting.
