Established after a journey from Sicily to London in 2012, Pizza Pilgrims began with a market stall in Soho before expanding to over 20 award-winning pizzerias across the UK. Role Overview

As a waiter, you will craft memorable experiences by greeting guests warmly, managing orders efficiently, serving delicious pizzas, and maintaining a clean and safe pizzeria environment. Your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional vibes so guests leave satisfied and eager to return.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of £12.71 plus tronc (tips pool).
• Opportunities for substantial career growth aligned with plans to open five more pizzerias over the next two years.
• Annual leave starts at 28 days (full-time) with an additional day granted for each year worked, up to five years.
• After five years of service, enjoy a paid four-week sabbatical in addition to standard holiday entitlements.
