Role Overview
Sagility is looking to hire Voice and Accent Trainers for its Hyderabad and Bangalore offices. This is a work-from-office opportunity for professionals who can train teams on voice, accent, and English communication improvement.
Key Responsibilities
The trainer will deliver classroom or virtual training focused on accent reduction, communication development, and English language enhancement. The role also involves assessing learning needs, designing or adapting training inputs, and running engaging sessions that help learners improve performance.
Required Background
Candidates must hold a graduation degree and have at least 3 years of experience in the BPO, call center, or a similar training environment. The current role should already be that of a Voice and Accent Trainer. Strong command over accent neutralization methods, learner engagement, and communication training is essential.
Training Skills Needed
Applicants should be comfortable using training approaches such as TNA, TNI, and VNA. The job also calls for the ability to work independently, collaborate within a team, and adapt to shift-based schedules.
Location and Working Conditions
This opening is for Hyderabad and Bangalore locations and requires in-office attendance. Two-way cab support is provided. Candidates should be flexible with shifts.
