Position Summary

The Voice Actor will deliver performances that effectively communicate scripted ideas and actions within given contexts. This role involves working closely with program managers and project teams to translate contract requirements into creative and compliant solutions. The voice actor will provide voice narration and dialogue for audio/visual projects, demonstrating flexibility, vocal skill, and professionalism to meet quality, accessibility, and technical standards. Frequent collaboration with government personnel and contractors is expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Record voiceovers for assigned projects with clarity and professionalism.
• Incorporate feedback and direction from team members and project leaders to refine performances.
• Engage in recording sessions either in studio settings or remotely using approved recording tools and software.
• Adhere to production timelines and contract deliverable schedules.
• Maintain quality assurance per organizational standards and comply with government policies and procedures.

Mandatory Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least one year of proven experience providing professional voice acting or narration services.
• Familiarity with professional audio recording techniques and production workflows.
• Possess or be able to obtain an active federal security clearance if required for the contract.
• Strong attention to detail to consistently produce high-quality recordings.
• Clear, concise, and professional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional voice acting and narration experience.
• Experience contributing to health-focused projects.
• Background working on federal, state, or local government contracts.
• Experience using remote recording software and digital audio workstations such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, or Reaper.
