Visual Merchandiser – Liffey Valley

Role overview

This is a permanent full-time role of 39 hours per week at the H&M store in Liffey Valley, Dublin. The schedule requires full flexibility across seven days, weekends included.

What you will do

In this position, you will help shape a consistent and inspiring shopping experience by applying visual presentation standards and supporting commercial performance. Working in alignment with the brand’s values, you will contribute to both store results and overall business success.

• Apply visual, commercial, and styling changes according to store direction to improve the customer journey and support sales.
• Review sales performance, maintain garment standards, and spot visual or commercial improvement opportunities together with the management team.
• Share trend awareness and competitor insights with the store team to help them grow and deliver a stronger in-store experience.

Who you will work with

You will be part of a busy store team that includes Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers. Together, the team creates an engaging environment for customers and colleagues.
