Job Overview
Join as a Visual Merchandiser playing a pivotal role in crafting an inspiring and consistent shopping experience by applying visual merchandising standards and driving commercial success in the Melbourne store. Key Responsibilities
- Implement visual, commercial, and styling concepts according to store guidelines and calendars to elevate customer experience and boost sales.
- Analyze sales data, monitor inventory levels, ensure proper garment maintenance, and identify priority areas for visual and commercial improvement together with Store Management.
- Utilize trend analysis and competitor knowledge to mentor the store team, enabling excellent customer service delivery.
- Maintain a positive representation of yourself and the brand in all interactions with customers.
- Support sales expansion initiatives and store development projects.
Collaborative Environment
Work closely with the vibrant Store Team comprising Sales Advisors, Department and Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and others in larger outlets, all contributing to a welcoming retail atmosphere. Engage with the wider Area Team to share insights and foster success across locations. Your role supports customers in expressing individuality through current trends and classic styles, making fashion accessible and sustainable.
Candidate Profile
- Possess solid experience in visual merchandising and commercial strategies within energetic environments, coupled with a problem-solving approach.
- Capable of interpreting sales reports and understanding the factors influencing sales performance.
- Demonstrate passion for fashion and a strong commitment to delivering superior in-store experiences.
- Driven to create memorable customer engagements while encouraging sales growth.
- Exhibit creativity, curiosity, and proactive behavior.
- Excellent communicators able to inspire and lead store teams toward shared achievements.
