Virtual Financial Advisor

Position Overview

Brooks Insurance Agencies Limited, a subsidiary of Actserv, is recruiting enthusiastic and target-driven Virtual Financial Advisors to join their remote sales team based in Kenya. The role focuses on growing the life and financial protection insurance portfolio by engaging clients exclusively through digital mediums, while delivering a seamless virtual customer experience.

Key Duties

• Meet or exceed sales targets for life insurance and financial advisory products.
• Identify, connect with, and convert prospective clients using virtual communication channels including calls, video conferencing, chat, and email.
• Develop and sustain strong client relationships remotely with consistent follow-ups and client engagement.
• Provide expert financial and insurance advisory services to clients in an online setting.
• Ensure strict compliance with Insurance Regulatory Authority regulations and internal company policies.
• Keep precise sales data in CRM and digital platforms and file sales reports punctually.
• Take part in virtual sales campaigns and initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
• Serve as a professional representative of Brooks Insurance Agency and Actserv, embodying company values in all client interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Finance or related disciplines; Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
• At least one year of sales experience, preferably with proven performance in meeting or surpassing sales targets in a remote or virtual sales environment.
• Relevant insurance certifications such as Certificate of Proficiency (COP/ECOP) and a valid Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) License are mandatory.
