Role Overview

The Vehicle Specialist ensures the Bolt Drive fleet remains operational and customer-ready by managing tasks such as relocating vehicles, refueling, charging, damage inspections, and verifying the presence of necessary equipment in each car. This role is key to maintaining smooth fleet availability.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, fuel levels, and overall readiness of Bolt Drive vehicles for customers.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and report any new damages or issues.
• Transport vehicles to service centers for maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Verify that all vehicles are equipped with the required items.
• Relocate vehicles strategically to locations that optimize customer accessibility.
• Assist with vehicle cleaning duties when necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Genuine enthusiasm for cars and driving.
• Strong navigational skills and good sense of direction; familiarity with local geography is advantageous for route planning.
• Responsible with keen attention to detail and the ability to respond swiftly to unforeseen situations.
• A positive mindset with resilience when encountering challenges.
• Possession of a valid driver's license along with eagerness to perform the role.
• Fluent in Estonian for effective communication with authorities and repair facilities.
