Vehicle Driver

Role Overview

We are seeking a responsible Vehicle Driver to operate company-owned commercial four-wheelers to transport employees, clients, and materials safely and efficiently across designated locations. This role requires adherence to safety and company policies while ensuring punctuality in pickups and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely on assigned routes, following scheduled delivery and pickup times.
• Transport personnel, materials, equipment, and documents to specified destinations.
• Conduct daily inspections of vehicles before and after trips to ensure proper condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of vehicles regularly.
• Keep accurate records of fuel consumption and mileage.
• Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Follow traffic laws, company procedures, and safety regulations meticulously.
• Maintain comprehensive logs including trip details and delivery documentation.
• Assist in loading and unloading cargo when necessary.
• Collaborate with administration and operations teams to coordinate transportation schedules.

Qualification & Eligibility

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th grade pass or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Transport (TR) Driving License for operating commercial 4-wheeler vehicles.
• Good understanding of local roads, highways, and traffic rules.
• A clean driving record free from significant violations.
• Ability to comprehend basic documents and directions related to routes.
• Physical fitness and willingness to travel as per job requirements.
