Job Overview

We are seeking a Vehicle Dispatcher to manage and coordinate transportation resources effectively at our Arusha location. The role involves overseeing transportation logistics, handling invoices, submitting freight applications, and performing other delegated tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and systematically arrange transportation assets.
• Organize and upload various types of invoices for processing.
• Submit applications for freight shipments as required.
• Lead and execute additional ad hoc assignments assigned by leadership.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in transportation-related roles.
• Proven strong self-drive, effective execution skills, and reliability.
• Proficient with computer usage; experience with resource management systems is highly advantageous.
• Background in handling internal logistics within manufacturing settings and coordinating with external transport firms.
