We are seeking a Utilities Maintenance Planner committed to ensuring dependable equipment and stable utility supplies through effective maintenance cycles, boosting plant performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Long Term Plans (LTP), Medium Term Plans (MTP), and Short Term Plans (STP) focused on enhancing the utility plant's uptime and efficiency.
- Coordinate resources, spare parts, and scheduling to facilitate maintenance activities effectively.
- Plan and prioritize work orders, adapting schedules dynamically based on maintenance progress and risk assessments.
- Maintain integrity of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including preventive maintenance data, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) procedures.
- Manage maintenance backlogs ensuring transparent visibility and alignment with operational demands.
- Lead regular pre-maintenance meetings and ensure communication among all stakeholders to align maintenance execution with MEOP GOP standards.
- Track real-time maintenance progress, conducting hourly walkabouts and updating plans accordingly.
- Govern system accuracy and oversee change management processes related to maintenance planning.
- Identify and resolve gaps in maintenance planning effectiveness, driving continual process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience working with CMMS platforms such as COSWIN, SAP PM, or equivalent maintenance management software.
- Familiarity with Brewing and Packaging plant operations is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite for documentation and communication.
