Real Impact Marketing, located in DHA, Bukhari Commercial, Karachi, specializes in advertising services and is currently seeking a dedicated Upwork Bidder & Sales Executive to join their on-site team.

Role Overview

The primary focus of this full-time position is client acquisition through Upwork. The successful candidate will be tasked with identifying fitting freelance opportunities, crafting customized proposals, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting the conversion of leads into paying customers. This role entails close collaboration with the company founders and directly influences the agency's revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Regularly search and apply to suitable job postings on Upwork.
Create clear, tailored proposals matching the specific job needs.
Distinguish high-value prospects from low-quality listings.
Respond promptly to invitations and incoming messages on Upwork.
Engage with potential clients professionally and confidently.
Follow up consistently to maintain active communication with leads.
Assess client suitability before scheduling meetings.
Support the conversion process of qualified leads into clients.
Maintain records of proposals submitted, responses, meetings, and deals closed.
Continuously enhance proposal quality and communication based on feedback.

Candidate Requirements

Intermediate experience bidding on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
Proficient written English, demonstrated by clear, simple, and professional communication.
Ability to comprehend client briefings and respond appropriately.
Skill to produce customized proposals avoiding generic templates.
Solid communication and sales acumen.
Detail-oriented, consistent, and accountable in managing daily responsibilities.
Comfort with working under targets and meeting performance expectations.
Open to ongoing learning and adaptation based on constructive feedback.
Willing and able to work in the office located in DHA, Bukhari Commercial, Karachi.

Additional Desirable Skills

Background in digital marketing including Meta Ads, Google Ads, or lead generation strategies.
Experience managing communication via Upwork chats and successfully converting leads.
Understanding of client acquisition and sales methodologies.
Basic knowledge of advertising funnels, websites, CRM platforms, or online services.
Prior experience in a digital marketing agency environment.

Job Details and Terms

Location: On-site at DHA Bukhari Commercial, Karachi.
Employment type: Full-time.
Working days: Monday through Friday, with part-time hours on Saturday.
Working hours: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based commissions.
