About the Position

We are hiring for the role of Unit Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance within the Agency Channel. This leadership position focuses on assembling and supervising a team of Life Insurance Advisors (agents) to drive sales growth and ensure team success.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors (agents) to expand the sales force.
• Provide continuous training, mentorship, and motivation to agents for effective business development.
• Manage and encourage agents to actively promote and sell life insurance policies.
• Achieve set sales targets through effective team performance management.
• Regularly monitor team activities and offer onsite support to enhance productivity.
• Foster long-lasting professional relationships with agents for sustained business growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory for all applicants.
• At least 1 to 2 years of proven experience in sales.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working under targets.

Compensation & Benefits

• This is a salaried on-roll position with a fixed CTC.
