Role Overview

We seek a creative UI/UX Designer committed to crafting engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces across web, mobile, and cross-platform applications.
• Create user journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research, usability tests, and competitor analysis to uncover user requirements and design prospects.
• Develop intuitive navigation and interaction patterns to enhance the user experience.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, UI components, and style guides.
• Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Translate business priorities and user input into practical, visually compelling design outputs.
• Create interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and demonstrate user interaction behaviors.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and apply responsive design and usability best practices.
• Review implemented designs to sustain visual consistency and high design quality.
• Analyze user behavior, metrics, and test outcomes to iteratively enhance the user experience.
• Participate in brainstorming and strategic product conversations contributing innovative design ideas.
• Prepare design documentation and assets for development teams.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across products.
• Stay informed on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
• Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalents.
• Experience in designing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Strong understanding of responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Familiar with design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to perform user research, usability tests, and interpret feedback effectively.
• Basic familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial.
