Job Overview
UltraTech Cement is seeking a Territory Sales Executive (TSI) for Goa to manage stockists, retailers, and generate sales through building strong relationships and executing market activities in the assigned geographical area.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing at least 2 stockists, each assigned 20-30 retailers.
- Appointing new retailers within the designated territory.
- Conducting comprehensive retail market scans by visiting all counters across the city.
- Driving secondary sales by engaging with retailers.
- Exploring potential sales opportunities by visiting construction sites such as kothis, houses, and IHB sites.
- Working collaboratively with contractors and masons.
- Promoting sales at retailer site locations.
- Arranging product samples and live demonstrations at construction sites.
- Organizing in-shop meetings and promotional events.
- Effectively communicating promotional schemes to contractors and masons.
- Maintaining proper follow-up with stockists and retailers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
