Travel Consultant

Role Overview

This position is for a full-time Travel Consultant based in Rajarhat, West Bengal, focusing on travel consulting, managing travel plans, arranging bookings, and reservation handling. The consultant will ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert travel consulting and management services to clients.
• Coordinate and handle reservations effectively.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Offer personalized travel recommendations and advice.

Qualifications and Experience

• Skills in travel consulting, management, and arranging travel plans.
• Experience with reservation handling and customer interaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and well-developed organizational capabilities.
• Previous work experience in the travel sector is advantageous.
• Work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Preferably hold a bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline.
• Between six months to three years of experience as a sales consultant, with a background in the travel industry.
• Graduate status with a background in tourism is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of travel trends and destinations such as Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Maldives, Vietnam, Mauritius, and domestic Indian locations.
• Familiarity with travel software systems and hotel contracting processes.
• Good sales acumen and presentation skills.
• Personal extensive travel experience is considered a plus.

The position offers a salary of up to 25,000 INR. Familiarity with the latest tourism trends and international destinations is essential.
