Transport Driver

Role Overview

Transport Drivers at FINO Brands are tasked with the secure and timely delivery of goods between various locations utilizing multiple vehicle types such as trucks, vans, and trailers. They ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo while maintaining their vehicles in optimal working condition. Reporting directly to the Delivery & Distribution Manager, these drivers play a crucial role in logistics operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive trucks, vans, or trailers to deliver products or cargo to assigned destinations.
• Ensure cargo is safely secured for transit and manage loading and unloading procedures.
• Adhere strictly to safety standards and comply with transportation regulations.
• Keep vehicles clean and conduct routine maintenance inspections.
• Coordinate with dispatch teams, fellow drivers, and customers as needed for effective communication.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Successful clearance of a Level II background check is mandatory.
• Competency in operating diverse vehicle types and related equipment.
• Strong communication abilities and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in team settings.
