Job Overview

We are seeking a Trainee Parts Advisor to join our Audi showroom in Stratford-upon-Avon. This full-time role involves working Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (with a one-hour break) and Saturdays 8:30am to 1pm on a rotational basis. The position offers a basic salary of £29,000 plus monthly bonuses with an on-target earning potential up to £32,000.

Key Responsibilities

Manage diverse tasks including inventory receipt and direct customer service at the front desk.
Handle pre-picking parts for workshop job cards, process customer orders, and verify stock availability.
Engage with customers through incoming/outgoing calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries, building strong customer relationships by offering knowledgeable assistance.
Regularly replenish consumables and service parts to support smooth operations for workshops and retail/trade clients.
Process warranty claims related to parts efficiently, managing all documentation such as customer records and invoicing accurately.
Gain expertise in Audi’s premium vehicle parts to understand their function and applications.

Candidate Profile

No prior automotive industry experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
Having a good automotive knowledge and eagerness to learn is advantageous.
Capable of quickly forming connections with customers and excelling in customer service.
Proactive, sales-focused approach with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Able to thrive under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professional attitude with a commitment to quality service delivery.
