Trainee Design Engineer - Land Survey

Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Trainee Design Engineers specializing in Land Survey to join our engineering team in Pune. This role focuses on utilizing the latest software tools including Civil 3D and Carlson Survey to develop various survey plans and support civil engineering projects primarily in residential and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of new developments in Civil 3D software, Carlson Survey, and civil engineering methodologies.
• Prepare and manage different types of plans such as Boundary and Topographic, ALTA, As-built, and process Point Cloud data efficiently.
• Work collaboratively on residential and commercial projects to ensure design compliance with client needs and relevant codes.
• Demonstrate a solid grasp of civil land surveying fundamentals and best practices.
• Oversee project timelines to guarantee timely delivery matching client expectations.
• Offer technical guidance to junior engineering staff.
• Lead and coordinate meetings with clients to discuss project details and updates.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
• Have 0 to 1 year of experience in design engineering, specifically within land survey projects in the USA.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication along with effective presentation skills.
