Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis on options pricing and hedge strategies, focusing on Greeks, volatility surfaces, and scenario-based risk.
• Examine factors related to trade execution, market making, margin requirements, liquidity conditions, and risk attribution.
• Evaluate FX and futures product structures, including funding frameworks and exposure at individual position level.
• Interpret on-chain blockchain data, understand protocol dynamics, track asset liquidations, and analyze digital asset funding rate mechanisms.
• Identify mathematical inaccuracies, unrealistic assumptions in markets, hidden tail risks, and weakness in control systems.
• Communicate insights and findings clearly through well-organized, written reasoning.

Qualifications

• Experience requirements vary by track: 4–9 years in relevant trading roles or 3–8 years in crypto areas for practitioner level; 7–15 years for senior reviewer positions.
• Hands-on professional background in derivatives trading, volatility modeling, foreign exchange, futures markets, market making, systematic trade execution, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, or financial market structure.
• Robust quantitative abilities combined with practical knowledge in pricing, hedging techniques, liquidity management, and risk control.
• Capability to distinguish between theoretically sound approaches and those executable with real-world market considerations.
• Proficiency in written communication, including making assumptions and possible failure modes explicit.
• Preferred: Experience in reviewing risk strategies, approving analytical approaches, or managing review processes is particularly valued for senior roles.
