Third Key Holder

About the Role

Are you eager to join a vibrant and welcoming team within the fashion retail sector? We are looking for a friendly and energetic individual interested in contributing to store success. As the Third Key Holder, you will support visual merchandising, marketing initiatives, and collaborate with management to keep store and stockroom operations running seamlessly. When team leaders are unavailable, you will oversee all aspects of store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the store operations during the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining store cleanliness, restocking, merchandising, delivering excellent customer service, and supervising staff.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting and engaging with every customer and providing product knowledge.
• Process sales transactions at the register efficiently and accurately.
• Follow all company policies and support adherence to employee manual standards alongside the Store Manager.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Store Manager to support overall store performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of one year experience in retail is required.
• Possession of a high school diploma is considered an advantage.
• Excellent sales techniques and customer service skills.
• Strong abilities in managing time effectively and setting priorities.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capability to delegate responsibilities and demonstrate ownership.
• Leadership skills to foster a positive and inclusive team environment.

Physical and Availability Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and use ladders as needed.
• Capable of moving, lifting, and handling merchandise and fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the store.
• Available to work days, evenings, and weekends as required.

Compensation

The expected hourly pay range for this role is from $18.45 to $18.95. Please note that pay adjustments following minimum wage increases may take up to three months to be reflected in job description details.
