Role Overview

We are seeking a Territory Manager based in Qatar to lead sales and expand the Victaulic product portfolio within the Energy and Infrastructure sector. This role focuses on driving business growth by engaging key stakeholders including owners, engineering firms, and contractors, ensuring the successful promotion and adoption of Victaulic systems in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the sales and marketing efforts for Victaulic’s product lineup in Qatar.
• Provide weekly activity and market reports to management, aligning with sales objectives.
• Develop demand among owners, engineering offices, and contractors for Victaulic binding application products in energy and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct field demonstrations to showcase correct installation techniques for Victaulic products and tools.
• Ensure widespread product knowledge through seminars, training sessions, and technical support initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with local distributors to maintain effective communication and information sharing.
• Visit job sites to oversee installation processes and provide contractor personnel training when necessary.
• Manage product claims in coordination with the corporate engineering team.
• Support finance teams in receivable collections from customers.
• Coordinate efforts with sales colleagues across Qatar and neighboring regions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years’ experience demonstrating technical expertise relevant to mechanical building services.
• Experience in the piping and valves sector or the capacity to quickly acquire this knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial roles developing strong relationships with contractors, MEP consultants, and engineering firms.
• Robust experience related to Qatar Energy and mechanical systems.
• Independent problem solver with innovative thinking capabilities.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Effective communicator with a professional demeanor.
• Residence in Qatar required.
• Proficiency in Arabic and fluent in English.
