About the Role

Amay Infotech is seeking a seasoned Tender Specialist / Bid Manager to oversee the entire tendering process for government, PSU, GeM, and private sector projects. This office-based position is located in Lucknow and offers a monthly salary between ₹28,000 and ₹33,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze available Government and Private sector tenders.
• Draft and submit comprehensive Technical and Financial bids.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, pricing, and commercial proposals.
• Manage tender-related activities across platforms such as GeM, CPPP, and State e-Tender portals.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal departments, and management for required documentation.
• Ensure that bid submissions are punctual, precise, and compliant with tender guidelines.
• Monitor bid status, maintain accurate tender records, and assist with post-award paperwork.

Candidate Requirements

• Possesses 2 to over 5 years of experience in Tender or Bid Management.
• Demonstrates strong familiarity with GeM, CPPP, e-Tender portals, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tender documentation.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF editing tools.
• Graduate degree holder; preference for MBA, Engineering, or Management qualifications.
