Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Manage the entire tendering lifecycle for industrial, commercial, residential building, and warehouse projects, covering both pre-tender and post-tender stages.
• Possess practical experience in Plumbing, Electrical, and Firefighting disciplines.
• Conduct thorough rate analysis, prepare documentation, estimate costs accurately, and establish budgets.
• Participate in online bidding processes and engage in business development activities to secure new projects.
• Prepare budgets, monitor project costs, and oversee labor deployment effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Hold between 3 to 15 years of professional experience in tendering, contracts, and estimation roles.
• Demonstrate strong capabilities in cost estimation and contract negotiation.
• Exhibit excellent technical writing and analytical abilities.
• Maintain effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
