Job Overview

Gomzi Life Science LLP is seeking dedicated Telesales Executives to enhance client acquisition and retention through effective communication and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads provided by the company via phone calls and WhatsApp to promote services and membership plans.
• Assist potential clients through the process of enrollment ensuring clarity and ease.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with interested customers to address their questions and concerns.
• Keep detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions within the CRM platform.
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to facilitate seamless onboarding of clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
• Provide a consistently professional, polite, and positive experience for all clients.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively. Prior telesales or customer service experience is advantageous.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from 20000 to 44000 INR.
