Telemetry Maintenance Technician

Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable Telemetry Maintenance Technician to join a client dedicated to providing sustainable water services throughout Ireland. The company focuses on transformative water solutions to support thriving communities and safeguard Ireland's water supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Address failure alerts and incidents at remote stations, perform on-site and remote diagnostics to identify root causes.
• Troubleshoot communication, power, and hardware issues across the telemetry outstation network.
• Utilize remote access to perform system reboots and resets.
• Record diagnostic outcomes, actions taken, and resolution progress within ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Collaborate and coordinate efforts with external contractors and specialist teams as needed.
• Comply thoroughly with all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) protocols and guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior practical experience in electrical systems, PLC/SCADA, IT infrastructure, or industrial troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical faults.
• Willingness and capability to work on-site and in outdoor field installations.
• Possession of a full, clean, and valid Irish Category B driving license is essential.
