About the Role
Astro Jivan Private Limited is seeking energetic and confident Telecalling Sales Executives to join their team in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. This role involves engaging with customers over the phone to promote and sell the company's astrology services and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from leads generated via social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, along with other marketing channels.
- Understand customer needs and clearly describe the astrology services offered by Astro Jivan.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed paid consultations and service bookings.
- Follow up diligently with interested prospects to enhance conversion rates.
- Maintain and update customer information using CRM tools or Excel spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with customer support and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification of at least 12th pass or graduation.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply; candidates with 0 to 3 years of telecalling experience are preferred.
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi; basic knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Basic computer literacy is required.
- A positive mindset paired with a persuasive and confident personality.
