Telecalling Executive

Overview

We are seeking a driven and confident Telecalling Executive to manage customer communications, facilitate lead generation, and assist sales efforts. This opportunity welcomes freshers and requires proficiency in basic English along with a positive approach to interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to both prospects and existing clientele.
• Clearly explain products and services offered to customers.
• Identify potential leads and actively follow up with interested individuals.
• Understand and address customer needs by providing accurate information.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and interactions.
• Engage in follow-up activities to help convert leads successfully.
• Manage customer questions professionally and escalate issues appropriately.
• Meet daily and monthly call targets set by the company.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum education: 12th grade completion.
• Open to candidates with no prior work experience.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Knowledge of telecalling and customer interaction techniques.
• Strong communication and follow-up capabilities.
• Basic computer literacy.
• A motivated, target-focused attitude.

Working Hours

Full-time daytime shift.

Compensation

Monthly fixed salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000, with additional incentives as applicable.
