We are looking for a Telecaller to join Titanglaze Building Solutions in Chandigarh. The role involves handling customer communications via multiple channels including phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to support the sales and operations teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly.
• Perform consistent follow-ups on generated leads, price quotations, and ongoing project updates.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations departments to ensure seamless coordination.
• Update and maintain customer records and communication logs within the CRM system accurately.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to offer timely support and address their needs.
• Ensure delivery of outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
