Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Outbound Telecaller to join Awc Realty Private Limited in the Delhi-NCR region. The role involves directly engaging potential clients via phone to promote real estate projects, explain features and pricing, and generate leads that support the sales team. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and be driven by targets.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate outbound phone calls to potential customers using provided contact lists.
Clearly communicate details about real estate properties including features, prices, and promotional offers.
Generate and verify leads through effective telephonic conversations.
Arrange appointments and site visits for the sales team.
Consistently follow up with interested clients to nurture leads.
Maintain accurate customer data and call logs within CRM or software systems.
Handle inquiries courteously and solve basic questions related to listings.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volumes and lead generation targets.

Candidate Requirements

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive negotiation and convincing capabilities.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software applications.
Ability to perform effectively in a goal-driven environment.
A positive mindset and client-oriented approach.

Qualifications

Minimum education of 12th Pass or graduation in any discipline.
Open to freshers as well as experienced individuals.
Preference given to candidates with background in Real Estate, Tele-calling, Telesales, or Customer Service.
