About the Team

The Engineering Recruiting team plays a crucial part in securing top engineering talent. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will facilitate the hiring of engineers who are shaping the future of AI.

Role Description

  • Manage comprehensive interview scheduling, coordinating complex calendars involving candidates, interviewers, and leadership to ensure smooth processes.
  • Deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through to hiring decisions.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication across candidates, interviewers, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners including HR, executive assistants, workplace teams, and finance.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting and leadership teams to anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, maintaining strong hiring momentum.
  • Ensure meticulous management of scheduling tools and recruiting databases, guaranteeing accuracy and flawless execution of processes.
  • Monitor hiring timelines and service level agreements, identifying trends or risks and communicating them to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Drive improvements in coordination practices by identifying workflow efficiencies, leveraging AI technologies, and enhancing the candidate experience on a large scale.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range is between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, accompanied by equity options.
