About Doxel and the Opportunity
Doxel operates at the intersection of construction and artificial intelligence, providing innovative computer vision solutions to address challenges in one of the world's largest industries. Construction, being the second biggest global industry and four times larger than SaaS, suffers from significant inefficiencies resulting from lack of automated insights and timely issue detection, costing approximately $3 trillion annually. Doxel applies cutting-edge computer vision, machine learning, and complex data pipelines to enable construction teams—from foremen to VPs—to make informed decisions and enhance productivity and project delivery.
Trusted by prominent clients such as Shell Oil, Genentech, HCA Healthcare, Kaiser, Turner, and Layton, Doxel is expanding rapidly and building new workflows, dashboards, and forecasting systems to further revolutionize construction through AI.

- Maintain meticulous applicant tracking system (ATS) records for clear visibility and accuracy of hiring status.
- Offer expert guidance to technical leadership on market trends, competitive compensation, candidate availability, and realistic hiring timelines.
- Ensure alignment on candidate leveling and standardized interview evaluations across roles and departments.
- Alert leadership promptly about recruitment pipeline challenges or market constraints to readjust hiring plans accordingly.
Success Criteria
- Technical recruitment is executed efficiently and consistently with a high standard across all teams.
- Hiring managers develop trust in the recruiter's judgment about candidates and market intelligence.
- Reduction in time-to-fill vacancies while simultaneously improving candidate quality and recruitment experience.
- Recruiting workflows and procedures are documented, repeatable, and scalable in line with company growth.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of five years performing full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably in fast-growing SaaS or startup environments.
- Proven experience recruiting for diverse technical roles including Engineering, Product, Data/ML, Design, and IT/Security.
- Adept at sourcing passive candidates beyond inbound applications using various tools and platforms.
