Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by prioritizing customer needs and exceeding expectations.
• Assist the Store Manager by supporting day-to-day retail operations.
• Foster a positive and cooperative team environment with colleagues.
• Maintain strict attention to detail to uphold safety and accuracy in all tasks.
• Adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends and overnight shifts as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferably have prior experience in retail or customer service roles.
• Ability to operate Point of Sale systems and manage cash accurately.
• Strong communication skills and effective teamwork abilities.
• Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including the necessity for overnight and weekend shifts.
