Overview

Hyatt Regency Trivandrum is looking for a Team Leader - Housekeeping to support the smooth and efficient operation of the department, while aligning day-to-day work with Hyatt International’s corporate strategy and brand standards. The role is expected to help deliver on the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

Role Focus

This position is responsible for helping oversee all activities connected to maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and hotel floors.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations is required. Strong problem-solving ability, along with solid administrative and interpersonal skills, is essential.
