Job Overview
Gupta Telecom is seeking a proficient Tally Accountant (also referred to as Tally Operator or Accounts Executive) with strong expertise in Tally Prime to manage daily bookkeeping tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Record sales invoices accurately.
- Enter purchase transactions in the system.
- Handle payment and receipt voucher entries.
- Maintain customer and supplier ledger accounts.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Manage stock entries and oversee inventory control.
- Prepare basic financial reports using Tally.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in Tally Prime software.
- Foundational accounting knowledge.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and demonstrate responsibility in work.
- Experience with sales, purchase, payment, and receipt data entry.
- Competency in computer usage with close attention to detail.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Salary and Other Information
Salary brackets range between 20,000 to 30,000 INR monthly, commensurate with skills and experience.
